Tell us about your business

Fill in a short online form: your business name, services, colors, photos, and what you want visitors to do. It takes about 10 minutes.

Confirm and pay

Once we confirm your order, you receive a secure payment link for the deposit. Work starts as soon as it is paid. (Online checkout is coming soon. For now, we confirm your request by email and send an invoice.)

Review and launch

You get a private preview link, request changes (revision rounds are included), approve the site, pay the balance, and we publish it on your domain.

Need to talk something through first? You can book a call at any point. It’s optional, never required.

You own your site

Your domain and hosting account are registered in your name. Design and code rights transfer to you when the final payment is made.

Payment in two parts

[50]% deposit to start, [50]% balance before the site goes live on your domain. Enterprise projects use milestone payments.

Revisions are included

Each package lists its revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra rounds or new features are quoted separately.

Deposit

The deposit is [non-refundable once design work has started]. If we have not started, it is refunded in full.

What we need from you

Text, photos, and logo (or we can create them as add-ons), plus feedback within [5] business days. Delivery dates start once we have the deposit and your completed form, and pause while we wait for your replies.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, and tools such as booking or email services are billed by those providers, not included in the package price unless stated.

FAQ

Do I need to get on a call?

No. You can order, answer the form, review, and launch entirely online. If you'd like to talk, you can book a free 15-minute call.

How long does it take?

Starter takes about [7] days, Standard [10], and Pro [14], counted from when we have your deposit and completed form. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

What do I need to provide?

Your business name, a short description of your services, your logo and photos if you have them, and your contact details. If you don't have a logo or photos, we can help with add-ons.

Do I need a domain name already?

No. We can help you choose and register one in your name. If you already own one, we'll connect it.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, and the design and code transfer to you on final payment.

What if I don't like the design?

Each package includes revision rounds. You get a private preview and can request changes before you pay the balance.

How do I pay?

You pay a deposit to start and the balance before launch. Online checkout is coming soon. Until then we send a secure invoice after confirming your order. We never ask for card details by email.

Can you update my site later?

Yes. Choose the monthly care plan, or send us a request and we'll quote it.

Will my site show up on Google?

Standard and Pro include basic SEO setup and Google Business Profile help, which give you a good foundation. No one can promise a specific ranking, and results depend on your market and ongoing effort.

What if I need something not listed?

Describe it on the order form or book a call, and we'll send a fixed quote.

Do you offer refunds?

If we haven't started work, your deposit is refunded in full. After design work begins, the deposit is [non-refundable]. See the Terms for details.
