  • As a member of the Infrastructure Shared Services, the Microsoft Azure administrator will assure a determining role in the management, support, maintenance, implementation, administration and lifecycle management of AWS environments.
  • He/she will use his/her expertise for level of escalation in case of incidents and for the contribution in the qualification of new solutions, assisting in the deployment.
  • The role is providing day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and for project based work to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.
  • This person must have deep knowledge in infrastructure technologies and in AWS features, and must be able to lead, operate and continuously improve the environments distributed across 600+ remote locations throughout EUROPE, Asia, US, Latam and Canada.
    • Duties/Task Description - the deliverables/results the contractor will be expected to achieve:
  • Maintain under operational conditions the existing and new Azure environments in respect of the Support processes
  • Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new Azure environments and features in respect of the Standards defined by the Group
  • Strong level of operational support on: - Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, - Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the Azure platforms - Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for support.
  • Assist implementations of Azure components. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the Azure solutions.
  • Operating Systems support (Windows); Knowledge on AWS; Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions; Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teams
    • Mandatory skills - the absolute minimum skill level required for the candidate to be considered:
  • Ideal with Azure Administrator certification or Azure Sol. Architect certification
  • Administration and troubleshooting of Azure environments
  • Creating environments in Azure from CODE (infra as a code)
  • Experience in migration of servers from legacy Data centers to Cloud Azure
  • Experience with building infrastructures in Azure with securing of the environments: Viral securities, Reliability
  • Strong experience in servers operating systems (Windows or Linux)
    • Preferred skills - the ideal skills you would like the candidate to have:
  • Knowledge on Operating system support - Windows and virtualization
  • Knowledge on AWS 3. Knowledge in scripting (Python ideally)
  • Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage …)
  • Knowledge in ITIL framework
  • Experience with other Cloud environment such as AWS, Google, or others
  • Knowledge of DevOps technologies is appreciated

  • 3-7 years’ experience in infrastructure, with 1-3 years as Azure administrator
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession
  • Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
